Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups gluten free flour ( (I use a 1:1 gluten free multipurpose flour with xanthan gum already in it))
  • 1.5 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder

  • 110 g Unsalted butter (soft, room temperature)
  • 110 g Granulated sugar
  • 1 Egg (room temperature)
  • 130 g All purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
