Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups gluten free flour ( (I use a 1:1 gluten free multipurpose flour with xanthan gum already in it))
- 1.5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder

- 110 g Unsalted butter (soft, room temperature)
- 110 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Egg (room temperature)
- 130 g All purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
